Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 18, 2026
Welcome to PillPilot ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your medical privacy while helping you manage your healthcare routines. This Privacy Policy details how we handle, process, and safeguard your data when you use the PillPilot mobile application designed for individuals to securely schedule medications, log daily tracking histories, monitor physical wellness factors, and record physician details.
To deliver an optimized scheduling and medical tracking experience, the application processes the following kinds of details:
We leverage collected parameters explicitly to uphold system functionalities, covering:
Your entire logged medication database schema, historical adherence logs, and related profile attributes are kept securely within the application's local sandbox data directory on your smartphone. We do not maintain offsite telemetry cloud servers that automatically extract, back up, or harvest your personal medical records or intake diaries. Removing or wiping the application files from your mobile operating system completely and permanently purges your entire localized database history.
We do not market, barter, lease, or monetize your lifestyle health parameters, prescription records, or personal identity profiles to third-party ad brokers, programmatic data exchanges, insurance networks, or commercial aggregators. Your private information remains sandboxed to your device runtime unless explicitly transmitted outwards by you through user-initiated export features.
You maintain command of what the platform accesses. System settings allow users to immediately adjust or revoke native engine integration permissions, such as biometric authentication hardware locks (fingerprint or face recognition access matrices) and local push alerts. PillPilot aligns intentionally with standard Google Play Console Developer Program Policies regarding sensitive data clarity and user privilege limitations.
We may modify this policy layout as features expand or regulatory standards iterate. Any structural adjustments reflect directly on this active document page alongside an adjusted modification date timestamp.
